As a seventh-generation Texan with deep roots in Houston, Andrea brings a rare blend of local insight, professional expertise, and genuine passion to the real estate experience. She grew up in the Heights and has called the West Houston/Katy area home for the last 25 years, giving her firsthand knowledge of the communities, schools, and market trends that shape our vibrant region.

Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Master’s degree from The University of New England. Before beginning her real estate journey, she had a successful career in education. This experience sharpened her analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to guiding others with clarity and care. Those same strengths now anchor her work as a full-time real estate professional, where she supports clients as they navigate their most meaningful moves and investments with confidence.
